To Schedule Your Order

A 50% payment of the total order is required to schedule it.
Without this advance payment, we will not be able to reserve your date.
As this is a handmade product, please remember that there may be slight variations between the final product and the images shown on the website. Each order is unique and made with great care and dedication.

Changes in Delivery Date

Delivery date changes are only permitted during the first week after the agreed date; after that, a 15% surcharge will be charged on the product price.

Design/Size Changes

For design or size changes, please notify us at least four days before the delivery date. Please note that this may incur an additional charge.

Collection and/or Delivery:

Orders must be picked up at the physical store located at Texas #43, Colonia Nápoles, Benito Juárez CDMX, CP 03810.
If you choose home delivery, you'll need to request Uber/DIDI for pickup (we can't request it for you).
It's important that you arrive punctually at the agreed-upon pickup time or request delivery during the service time specified by the customer (11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). A 45-minute grace period is allowed.

Refund Policy

No refunds are made on advances or full payments once the
order has been scheduled.
