How far in advance should I place my custom cake order?
  • To ensure availability and quality of your order, custom cakes must be requested at least 4 days in advance.

Is an advance payment required?
  • Yes. We require a 50% deposit to confirm and schedule your order. The remainder is due upon pickup.

Will the final cake look the same as in the photo?
  • Our products are handmade, so there may be slight variations in color, shape, or decoration compared to the sample images. Each cake is unique, but we always make sure to maintain the agreed-upon style.

Do you deliver?
  • We don't ship directly; you can send a taxi, Uber, Didi, or your preferred service to pick up your order. You can also pick it up at our physical store at 📍 Calle Texas #43, Colonia Nápoles, Benito Juárez, 03810, Mexico City, CDMX.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes, but you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. After that time, or if we've already started processing, the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I get a refund?
  • We don't issue refunds for changes of mind. If we made an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and offer you a solution.
