Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Diez Veinticuatro, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity and a responsible experience for both parties.

Orders and Payments

  • All our products are made to order or limited availability.

  • Orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete information when placing an order.

Custom Cake Orders

  • All custom cakes must be ordered at least 4 days in advance.

  • To confirm and schedule a custom order, a 50% deposit of the total is required.

  • The remaining payment is due upon delivery or pickup.

Artisanal Nature of the Product

  • Our products are handcrafted, so the image of the final product may vary slightly from the photographs or visual references provided.

Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery times may vary and will be confirmed to the customer once the order has been placed.

  • We do not offer our own delivery service. Customers must arrange for in-store pickup of their order using third-party transportation services such as taxis, Uber, Didi, etc., or visit the store in person.

  • The responsibility for transportation and any damage during transfer is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The collection takes place in:

Cancellations

  • You can cancel or modify your order up to 48 hours before the delivery date.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made outside of this period or if the product is already in production.

Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds for changes of mind.

  • If we make an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review it and offer you a solution.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, publications, and designs, is the property of Diez Veinticuatro and may not be used without prior authorization.
